TT’s Pepper Jellies is a home-based business in south Louisiana. I started making pepper jelly for just the family and decided to get involved in a craft fair in 2019. Since then, I have experimented with different flavors, fruits, and heat levels that have become popular in my hometown community. I’ve seen a great deal of change in the local food scene and I’m proud to be playing my part in helping to alter tastes and perceptions about what pepper jelly should be.
